This training is aimed at care staff in a range of settings and ensures that they fulfil their duty of candour as well as their responsibility to accurately report any concerns which they may have, a legal requirement for all care agencies. Delegates will also learn how to use different types of records and reports and the reasons why these are required. They will be expected to wwwnstrate that they can draft written records that are clear, legible and of use to other care professionals.

The observation skills for carers training course takes around 2 hours and delegates may be expected to engage in a number of group activities. Our experienced trainers will be on hand to help guide participants through these sessions and a certificate will be awarded upon completion.
