Complaints Handling Awareness


This course is aimed at those working within the customer service sector, and ensures that they are equipped with general ‘people skills’ so that they can effectively manage a variety of complaint situations confidently through planning, body language and communication. Delegates will also learn to control their own stress and annoyance, so that there is no negative attitude towards the customer which could affect the reputation of the business.

The complaints handling awareness is a 1 day course.Delegates will be expected to engage in a number of group activities and our trainers will be on hand to help guide through these sessions. Those successful will be awarded with a certificate.
