This training is designed for all managers, as well as anyone whose role involves overseeing the work of others, thus making them responsible for ensuring the correct use of mobile access towers. Delegates will learn how to manage and organise employees and equipment to ensure that towers are inspected and maintained correctly. Training will also cover regulations, legislation and Code of Practice so as to make sure that the delegate remains legally compliant.

Outline of Programme
The PASMA management training course takes place over the duration of one day (6 hours). Delegates will be expected to engage in a number of group activities. Our experienced trainers will be on hand to help guide through these sessions. Both theory and practical elements will be assessed, and a 5 year nationally recognised PASMA photo ID card/certificate will be awarded stating the level of course taken.

You must bring the following with you to the course:
1. Photographic ID (Passport or Photocard Driving Licence)
2. Hard Hat, Fluorescent Waistcoat/ Jacket, Safety Glasses, Safety Boots & Gloves.
Delegates must be at least 16 years old and meet PASMA Code of Practice “Literacy, Fitness and Health” Statement.
