QCF/NVQ IN MANAGEMENT LEVEL 7
Please call to discuss this training & book today!
The QCF Level 7 in Management has replaced the NVQ Level 7 in Management; the qualification is the industry standard for those working in senior management or leadership, and is the equivalent to a Master's Degree. Recognised both internationally and domestically, the programme offers a series of mandatory units which provide delegates the skills and occupational competence necessary to perform a senior management role. The optional units allow delegates to customise the qualification to suit their specific sector, meaning that it is an ideal addition to the resume of any management staff in health and social care environments.
Outline of Programme
The qualification is achieved by delegates completing mandatory (Group A) units worth 27 credits, as well as optional Group B units worth 18 credits amd optional Group C units worth 27 credits.
- B3: Develop a Strategic Business Plan (8 credits).
- B7: Develop Strategic Direction and Leadership (10 credits).
- C4: Lead Change in an Organization (9 credits).
The optional units enable delegates to tailor the course to their own specific career needs and are worth between 5 and 10 credits each. More information about these courses is available on request.
